Inspiration: holes

Holes was a great book for young adults but usually holes are just annoying. Holes in your pockets= lost money or keys. Holes in your jeans= sometimes cool, but sometimes just mean it's time for a new pair. These two artists have found their own ways to patch up holes and bring beauty to the world.

First, Pete Dungey takes on those pesky pot holes that make our heads jerk.

Then Jan Vormann takes on New York's voids with a pile of legoes. Via Inhabitat.

Brilliant? I think so.
